Policies and programs are directed by its Board of Directors who have discretionary powers and are dedicated to fulfilling the foundation’s mission of helping the youth of South Florida by using the resources of the Foundation. To achieve its goals, the Board of Directors feel that they will carry on Alex’s dream of giving back to the children and families of the community.
